The design of an apartment in the New York residential complex is the embodiment of simplicity and harmony of the contemporary style. In this interior, other characteristic features of the style are also noticeable – functional zoning of space and laconic layout, a modular wardrobe with many shelves in the kitchen, smooth surfaces and clear lines, a minimum of decor, but classic forms. The contemporary interior is comfortable, yet elegant.
In the design of this apartment, the accent was made on the contrast of colors: white, blue and woody. In the hallway, a tall built-in wardrobe with a deep blue ottoman will not be left without attention. Zoning the common space of the kitchen and living room allows you to use the area of the apartment to the maximum – this is also one of the tasks of the style.
The living room will also be used as a bedroom – a fold-out sofa and a wardrobe built into the wall help to preserve the atmosphere of the living room without compromising the functionality of the bedroom. A small work corner is organized by the window.
The kitchen is very light – white furniture fronts and marble backsplash were used. The dining area was made near a large window, the window sill of which was turned into a soft corner – two additional seats at the table.
