The townhouse format assumes its own terrace, as well as a closed guarded territory with children’s and sports grounds, recreation areas and parking. We have designed an interior for a family with two children. Initially, the future owners wanted a design in the Provence style, but during the discussions they made edits – the finished project combined the charm of Provence and the modernity of eco-style solutions. Working on projects that require an active search for new ideas and solutions is an insane pleasure. It is in the experiments that stylish interiors are born, with a truly individual character.
On the ground floor there is a hall, a kitchen-living room, a bedroom, a bathroom and a laundry room. Hall-corridor is made in warm beige colors. Stone was chosen to decorate the arch, and the wall along the wooden staircase was decorated with several paintings. Storage spaces were installed in the corridor at the entrance and in the niche under the stairs.
The kitchen-living room is a small but cozy space with a comfortable sofa, TV, dining area and a kitchen with turquoise blue furniture facades. The walls were decorated with decorative plaster and white wood paneling. A fireplace and aquarium are installed in the hallway, but are visible from the living area.
A bedroom is always an atmosphere of calmness and relaxation. The design is based on a warm beige color, with olive green accents. Asymmetry in the arrangement of furniture and large mirrors of the wardrobe brought their zest to the interior.
The bathroom on the ground floor is impressive with its wall decoration – the warm illumination of the texture of the undulating panels creates a beautiful effect.
On the second floor there are two nurseries, an office and a bathroom.
Children’s room for a boy is decorated in a marine theme. The bed is installed above the sofa, as the second tier of the structure. Thus, the child’s dream of a sleeping place “on the second floor” came true and additional space was freed up for guests. A sports corner and a desk were set up by the window.
The ability to allocate a separate room for an office plays a huge role for those who often work from home. The necessary minimum for comfortable and productive work is calm colors, a workplace by the window and a relaxation area.
An unusual mix of beige, wood and blue shades was used in the bathroom design. The room is equipped with everything you need, including a bathroom-shower, a stone sink and storage space for cosmetics, household chemicals and other things.
On the roof of the Country-TownHouse residential complex, we have equipped places for comfortable accommodation of several people, as well as a mini-kitchen with a grill, which makes the terrace an excellent platform for summer picnics or holidays with friends and family. If not all, then very many dream about such a place for rest.
