The house is shaped like a cube with white stucco facades and façade tiles. Glazed balustrades were used on the balconies, giving the building a modern character and undoubtedly extraordinary appearance.
The entrance to the house is designed under the balcony, which also serves as a canopy, and protects from the scorching sun and rain while households are looking for the keys to the door.
