This project is a modern house project. Part of the gable roof blends perfectly with the exposed timber beams.
It looks like a good find for designers. Special openwork gratings protect the terrace from both sides.
The house is made according to the latest technologies, which are designed for its energy efficiency.
The interior is very diverse, but at the same time it is as practical as possible.
There is absolutely nothing superfluous here that could not bring tangible benefits.
The large, multifunctional kitchen has access to the front terrace.
The fireplace, located in the living room, gives the necessary comfort and warmth to the whole house.
The dining room turns out as if behind glass, these are the very glass grates that make it visually more spacious.
The living room can be accessed through the garden area. The bathroom is also located on the ground floor.
The second floor has three large, comfortable and well-lit bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Each room has a dedicated space for wardrobes. Instead of windows, the bedrooms have an entire glass wall overlooking the garden and the surrounding area.
The main advantage of this modern creation is its compact size, it can easily fit even on the smallest piece of land.
This project is intended primarily for practical people who value their individuality and modern design.
