The peculiarity of this project is that we did not develop a design for all premises of the apartment. Our task was to think over the interiors of the kitchen-living room with a dining area and a bathroom, and the renovation in the bedroom was made shortly before contacting us, so the bedroom was left as it is. There is some difficulty in working with such objects – when creating a design project, you need to take into account the already existing style of interiors, which will not be altered. Everything should look harmonious, you should try to make the difference between the rooms as less noticeable as possible: in our case, the bedroom should not have “knocked out” of the overall design of the apartment.
We have chosen a modern interior style close to Scandinavian. The main room was zoned into the kitchen, dining room and living room. The design is based on a combination of light gray, white colors (wall decoration, kitchen, sofa, cabinets and shelves) and wood texture (floor, partly kitchen facades, dining group). Laconicism and clarity of lines, typical for scandi-interiors, are noticeable. The hallway is small, but the wardrobe was placed in the partition between the hallway and the kitchen.
The bathroom was decorated with wood-effect tiles for the floor and marble-effect tiles for the walls. They put a shower cabin instead of a bathtub, and took the empty space with a washing machine and dryer.
